  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, eggs, crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
