  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, cooking for an additional minute.
