  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 dozen fresh clams, scrubbed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
