Healthy No-Bake Almond & Blueberry Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, and dried blueberries.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set, then cut into bars.
