Ingredients

  • 2 pints of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • 1 ball of creamy burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar until well coated.
  3. Spread the tomatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
