  • 1 pound wild mushrooms (such as chanterelles, shiitake, or oyster), cleaned and sliced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
